Andrius Zalitis

Andrius Zalitis is the ex-Vicepresident for the Lithuanian national union of students.

During his 4 – year cadency in the Lithuanian national union of students he was responsible for student representation on a national level, coordinating the academic and social affairs committees of the students Union and the overall process of policy making in the organisation.

He has participated in various national working groups responsible for drafting of national legislation, planning policy changes and evaluating certain aspects of Lithuanian higher education. He managed and presented research on the topics of academic dishonesty, student satisfaction, funding, accessibility and many more. He has also presented the interests of Lithuanian students internationally -as a member of European Students board and Lithuanian representative in the Asian – European education forum for students.

In last 4 years, he has participated in external evaluations of more than 20 study programs and two higher education institutions. Currently he is a member of study program commission in SKVC and an eligible student expert in the pool trained by ENQA. During his cadency, he has prepared quality assurance toolkits for student representatives and carried out over 40 training sessions for student representatives in Lithuanian Higher education institutions.

Andrius Zalitis is a Law student at Mykolas Romeris university, Lithuania.

 

 

 

Dr. Øystein Lund

 

Øystein Lund is NOKUT’s Deputy Director General. He received his professional degree in Theology and Ministry (7 years) at MF Norwegian School of Theology, and his doctoral degree from the Norwegian School of Theology. His main academic discipline is the Old Testament/Hebrew Bible. Previously he was associate Professor in Theology, and has been Dean and Vice Rector at the Norwegian School of Theology. He has earlier been member of the Standing National Joint Appeals Board, president of the Award committee for excellent quality in Education, member of the National Educational Committee in The Norwegian Association of Higher Education Institutions and member of the Board of NOKUT. Since 2014, Lund has been head of NOKUT’s Department of Quality Assurance and is also board member of the Swiss Accreditation Council.

 

 

Dr. Frank Petrikowski

Dr. Frank Petrikowski, Policy Officer International Cooperation and Exchange in Higher Education, Federal Ministry of Education and Research, Germany.

Since 2015 Frank Petrikowski works back in the Federal Ministry of Education and Research in Germany. He represents Germany in the Bologna Process and is in charge of internationalisation and exchange programmes in higher education.

Before, Frank Petrikowski worked for the European Commission as a national expert in charge of the Bologna Process.

From 2007 until 2011 he worked as education attaché in the Permanent Representation of the Federal Republic of Germany to the EU. He joined the Federal Ministry of Education and Research in 1999 and worked on international relations in education, including the European Education Programmes. From 1998 until 1999 he worked as an assistant to a MP of the German Bundestag. In 1998 he received his PhD from the University of Hamburg after studying in Bonn, Hamburg, Münster and Los Angeles. He is a trained banker by profession.
